tuesday 19th dec
din get too much slp the prev night.
so was kinda tired.
we ate breakfast as usual then went to take the coach to the floating market!
watched tom yum goong on the coach.
our tour guide brought and showed us on the tv that was fixed on the coach.

it was damn sadistic lar.
okay i shant elaborate further on it.
reached floating market le.
then we went toilet.
by the time we came out, everyone had left le, so we took the motor boat with the teachers.
5 students, 5 teachers.
got shuying, kok, regi, xueqi and me.
then got mr neo, mr b tan, ms ding, mr chee and mr foo.
HAHAHA.
then hor!
mr tan was sitting with kok.
then he kept rocking the boat!
the boat is so unstable lar!
it will tilt to one side de!
then it will seem as if the water is gna flood in anytime.

at 5pm bangkok time, we had our dinner and was supposed to get ready for masterclass by 6pm.
we had this american lady from california for masterclass.
by right, i was supposed to be prat's teacher.
but hor, he was sick, so he asked her to help.
her name is leslie hart lar.
shes a super pro player sia.
taught us breathing techniques, how to expand our lung capacity, how to breathe properly..
then we played christmas songs to help in our intonation.
she made us breathe tgt by listening to leon's breathing.

monday 18th dec
whee that morning as usual i was the last one to bathe.

but was super refreshed cz we slpt alot the prev day.
went down for breakfast and this time i was alot smarter cz i din drink the cold drinks.
scared i get stomach probs again.

we had time, so went up to get instru early and came back down early.
cz the prev day everyone was stuck at the lift there and it created a big big prob.
anws, loaded the stuff onto the bus and off we went.
supposed to go some market for shopping but that place wld only be open at 11am.
and by that time, it was almost time to go to silapakorn uni alr.
yea lor.
so the tour guide brought us to this gem shop, where they sell all the rubies and sapphires and etc.

and while we were having our welcomin drink, guess who i saw.

went down for breakfast in a rush before we departed for watsuthiwararam high sch.
this time the bus arrangement was grps 1, 3, 5 in bus A and grps 2, 4, 6 in bus B.

made me think and reflect.

we were talking abt relationships.
not any kind in particular, just general human relationships.
pastor was like saying, for all kinds of relationships, there are three things that have to be present.
1. (and the greatest of all) love
2. forgiveness
3. humility
first one, love.
love is not a feeling, instead, the definition of love is to seek the highest good of a particular person even tho it may cost you dearly.

and love is a verb, which means you must do and act out your love for others.
the verse given was from 1 Corinthians 13:4-6.
yupps. the love chapter.
and pastor was like asking, why we shld learn to love others from God?
cz God Himself is love.
cz God Himself demonstrated love for his ppl by sendin His Son to earth to die for us, while we were still sinners.
as what Jesus said, the greatest love of all is when one had laid down his life for another.
and Jesus Himself had demonstrated that.
and pastor went further on to say that we too must love our enemies.
if Jesus had chosen to die for that particular person, it shows that that person is impt to God.
if thats the case, it gives us no reason to not love him or her either.

secondly, forgiveness.
Matthew 6:14-15
if we dont forgive others, we too wont be forgiven by God.
and thats the worst thing cz we are supposed to please God.
and put yourself in that person's shoes, if you were to betray someone's trust the very next day, and you really want that other person to forgive you and that person refuses to, how wld you feel?

really..
and everyone makes mistakes..
learn to constantly forgive, and keep asking God to help you to forgive.
cz a wound takes time to heal.
some things may come back and haunt you, and thats when you need to ask God to help you forgive.
always rmb to forgive cz if not, it will develop hatred in you.
and learn to tell God as well as some close frens abt how you feel.
cz if these feelins stay in you, it might just fester and it will bring about sicknesses which you wldnt want to have.
and one thing that i had thot abt was that, God may just speak to you thru your frens.
yea..
oh and also Matthew 7:1-2.
do not be judgemental.
cz God will bring some obstacles into your life to show you your weaknesses.
so never judge.
yes.
indeed, man is never perfect.
it is due to our sins that made us unable to forgive.
so i shld always ask God for strength to do so.
lastly, humility.
John 13: 3-5.
always humble yourself to serve others.
pastor said sth like, being humble is not bringing down yourself, instead, it is steppin out from the centre.
we shld not be self centered, instead, we shld be ppl centered.
think abt others' needs more than your own cz God will meet your needs.
so theres no need to worry abt who is gna meet my needs.
and..
we dont need to bring value upon ourselves.
cz there is alr Someone up there who values us like no other.

leon made me play the 'K' part of sinfonia lar..
then he say the semi quaver there not clear.
so i did tongueing exercises with the metronome by playing a quaver then semi quavers repeatedly with the Bb concert note and also gg up the Bb concert scale.
at first the actual speed was supposed to be 144 de.
then leon reduced to 132 then to 120 cz it was too fast for me.

so two hours keep playin that.
