i thot it was quite encouraging and everything.
even if you're not a christian, no harm reading it.
cz i think its really nice.

Matthew chapter 6
"
25Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life
(or single cubit to his height)?"

hey i really like this part.
the Lord loves each and every one of us.
if He is the one who made us, He would definitely look after us.

wel, but there is a difference between planning ahead and worrying, thats one thing to note.
not to worry about tmr doesnt mean to not plan ahead.
one difference between planning ahead and worrying would be, planning ahead saves time while worrying wastes time. planning ahead helps to get things done quickly, while worrying stalls you.

not extremely hard, cz there are some slacking here and there.
but i thot i was quite okay.

pastor angeline was preaching about family and family life.
and she said like,
just a pat on the head or a hug can be so significant to someone.
wah so true mans.
so.. to be more generous with hugs and pats on heads?
