oh i came back from running today.
then i overheard this older man talking to another younger man.
the older guy said, "how can you run 7km within 10 mins?"

must be mad.

i was damn inefficient at home.
kept walking up and down, play comp with my sis, watch tv, etc etc.
then i never do much today.

damn sad and irritated with myself.
argh.

what was i thinking?

in my opinion, i think that show is getting mundane and cliched.
