i havent been slping well for the past two and a half weeks.
i am restricting myself by slping only 6 hours everyday(im someone who cant slp too little, fyi), and at night its either i get nightmares (to those whom i told my nightmare to, pls stop laughing at me. haha), or my eczema gets soo bad that i wake up in the middle of the night scratching.
